1. Service Description

Sprite Pipeline is an AI-powered sprite generation service. You provide text prompts and receive generated game sprites. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about generation quality or availability.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication tokens. One account per person.

3. Usage & Quotas

Each plan includes a monthly picture quota. Pictures are consumed when generating sprites and are non-refundable. Unused pictures do not roll over. Quotas reset on your billing cycle date.

4. Generated Content

You own the sprites generated through the service and may use them in commercial or personal projects. However, generated content is created by AI and may resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content. Prompts that violate OpenAI's content policy will be rejected. Abuse or attempts to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.

6. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sprite Pipeline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
